Weinstein

Mitchell Weinstein is an Associate Attorney in the Criminal Defense Department at the Oswalt Law Group, P.C. Mr. Weinstein came to the Oswalt Law Group, P.C. after working for a time in the Public Defender’s Office. During his time at the Public Defender’s Office, Mr. Weinstein represented clients in all types of criminal cases, including homicide, sex crimes, white collar crimes, DUI’s, burglaries, drug sales and drug possession, dangerous felonies, and misdemeanors. Since joining the Oswalt Law Group, P.C. Mr. Weinstein has concentrated his skills on criminal defense matters and continues to assist clients in all types of criminal cases with a heavy concentration on DUI cases. Mr. Weinstein prides himself on aggressively and competently representing the firm’s clients.

Mr. Weinstein received his Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University’s Walter Cronkite School of Broadcast Journalism and Telecommunications and later attended the Thomas M. Cooley Law School and and graduated in 2008 with his Juris Doctorate.

Mr. Weinstein enjoys honing his bbq skills, attending Knockout Fitness classes, and playing the guitar.
